About the Role
Job Duties
Prepare and manage essential shipping documents, such as letters of credit, bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
Reviewing of sales & purchase contracts.
Manage L/C & submit to bank for negotiation.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation for all shipments.
Monitor and maintain organized records of shipping documents for easy retrieval and reference.
Job Requirements
Requirements
Min Diploma in Shipping Operations, Logistics or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of working experience preferably in order processing & shipping.
Able to start work with short notice or immediate.
