About the Role
Job Duties
Oversee day-to-day property management operations of commercial/retail properties.
Coordinate and supervise tenants’ fit-out works to ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
Liaise with contractors, service vendors, and internal maintenance teams to ensure smooth running of building systems and services.
Ensure compliance with fire safety standards and assist the appointed Fire Safety Manager with related duties.
Handle tenant enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Monitor lease terms, support tenancy administration, and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and upkeep of common areas and facilities.
Assist with budgeting, cost control, and procurement of maintenance contracts and property-related services.
Support property marketing initiatives and leasing teams when required.
Prepare management reports and updates for internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field.
2–3 years’ experience in property or facilities management.
Good knowledge of building operations and maintenance.
Strong communication and tenant service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software is a plus.
Fire Safety Manager certification is a must.
