About the Role
Job Duties
Support the development of new consumer appliance products, ensuring they meet customer needs, safety standards, and industry regulations.
Assist in defining product strategies, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with target customers.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop product messaging and promotional strategies.
Work with cross-functional teams (suppliers, supply chain, sales) to ensure timely product delivery and high-quality standards.
Prepare product documentation, such as technical specifications, marketing materials, and sales tools.
Analyze product performance, sales data, and customer feedback to optimize products and identify areas for improvement.
Help manage the product lifecycle, including pricing, promotional strategies, and end-of-life decisions.
Monitor competitor products and pricing to keep the company competitive in the market.
Coordinate product launches, including preparing launch plans, content, and training materials for internal teams and retail partners.
Job Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
3 – 4 years of experience in product category management, marketing, or a related field (preferably within consumer goods or appliances).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong understanding of the consumer appliances market and emerging trends.
