About the Role
Job Duties
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations.
Support ERP systems (SAP Business One, Microsoft Business Central), including enhancements, upgrades, deployments, and troubleshooting.
Provide IT solutions for business operations; design, develop, and maintain applications.
Perform data analysis and reporting using database tools to improve efficiency.
Oversee hardware/software installation, upgrades, and deployments locally and overseas.
Administer and monitor databases to ensure performance and security.
Lead and guide IT staff; provide technical leadership and training.
Manage IT sourcing, procurement, and vendor relationships.
Design and maintain the company’s public website.
Customize and enhance ERP reports using Crystal Reports and Microsoft tools.
Prepare IT reports for management, highlighting issues, progress, and cost savings.
Develop and manage annual IT budgets and liaise with auditors on compliance.
Review and update SOPs, licenses, and maintenance fees regularly.
Keep users updated on IT trends and security issues.
Job Requirements
Requirements
Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
4–6 years’ experience in programming, software design, and implementation.
Experience as a Systems Engineer, Network Engineer, DBA, ERP Analyst, or Security Analyst.
Hands-on ERP experience, preferably SAP Business One, Microsoft Business Central, or MS NAV.
Managed at least 1 full ERP SDLC implementation project.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, databases, Windows servers, firewalls, and security systems.
Skilled in MS SQL, Crystal Reports, SQL programming, Visual Basic, and stored procedures.
Experience in web and domain management.
