About the Role
Job Duties
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to prepare and serve tea, coffee and other beverages as well as sandwiches to customer's order.
Making sandwiches & ingredients preparation.
Ensure high-quality drinks and presentation standards are maintained.
Take orders, handle cashier duties and process payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including tea bar counter, equipment, and customer-facing areas.
Actively promote and sell the brand’s products, assisting in marketing efforts.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering queries and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Build relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
Stay updated on company products, promotions.
Help maintain and elevate the company’s image through excellent service and brand representation.
Regularly restock and replenish products and supplies.
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe, clean working environment.
Work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and dynamic workplace.
Job Requirements
Requirements
Service-driven, outgoing, and positive attitude.
Experience in Cafe/Bubble Tea are preferred.
Retail experienced with passion in Barista are welcome. Training will be provided.
Barista experience with at least 4 years can consider for Senior level.
